Sea & Salt is a combination of high-quality Sicilian bottarga (roe that is salted, pressed and aged for 4 months, then grated from the whole roe) citrus, sundried tomato and a touch of cardamom.  THese fine ingredients are skillfully blended by Nicola DeLaurentiis of Casina Rossa.  If your dish needs that touch of brine, a little more sea than just sea salt, this is it!

It is ideal sprinkled on our plain pasta or steamed cauliflower;.  Use for curing seafood and to enhance Caesar-style salad dressings.
