The farm of “I Contadini” in Puglia (the heel of the boot) is run by third generation family. Located in Salento which is known as the “land of sun, sea, and wind”—a perfect climate for the cultivation of outstanding produce. Many of the vegetables are preserved by drying them in the warm Salento sun, which locks in the wonderful taste and smell. 

Leccine Red Olives are always good as an appetizer or eat them right out of the jar. Pits included.
