Michele Ferrante is a true agricoltore (small farmer) who was invited in 2006 to the Italian "Small Farmers of the World" event.  What does this mean for you?  This is a family owned company that produces small batches of excellent products! Michele Ferrante is dedicated to preserving the farming traditions of his home region, the Cilento area of Campania.

Ferrante’s thin-skinned heirloom beans need no soaking.  They are very tender, naturally sweet.  They cook to perfection in a few hours.  And their nutritional content add to the overall appeal; high in calcium, iron and fiber.
