For more than 80 years, the Wall family has produced extra virgin olive oil, in full respect of tradition. At the beginning of 900, in fact, the ancient olive milling activities led to the production of an oil that immediately stood out for excellence and balance of flavor, for fragrance and for the harmony of flavors.
The Old Mill Wall receives the unconditional appreciation of consumers, an oil made with passion and experience of generations of growers, and the competence of its teachers. These are D.O.P. olive oils which means it is under strict regulation to assure designation of origin.
Muraglia Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in two distinct intensities.
Mild Muraglia: Medium friuty. this is a monocultivar obtained from 100% Peranzana olives.
Sensory profile: Golden yelloww with green glints
Scent: Varietal typicity- complete with clear fragrances of tomato, arugula, radish and strong sensations of artichoke
Taste: Fully confirms the fresh and intense nore with balanced bitter and spicy tones
Food: Fabulous with seafood and fresh vegetables
Intense Muraglia: Intense fruity. This a monocultivar obtained rom 100% Coratina olives grown in the countryside of Andria with limy solis and some irrigation.
Sensory profile: Intense green with golden shades
Scent: Wildly aromatice with fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay
Taste: Abundance of vegetal tones with structure and balance closing with spiciness and persistence
Food: This oil will add definition to many dishes from country soups to grilled meats and ripe cheeses
