Paesano olives are freshly produced and packed in early October immediately after the harvest.  Produced by the same family for nearly a century with the same olive trees they have owned over four generations. The name of the olive is "Nocellera del Belice," but they are normally just known as "Castelveltrano" olives. Both names come from the region the olives grow, the only place in the world to produce this olive!  

Enjoy them as an appetizer with a white Sicilian wine, pecorino cheese, or a glass of full-bodied Nero d'Avola.  In any case, enjoy!
