Three to four amazing cheeses are chosen from the freshest product available the day we package your order.  Experience the pleasure of artisan aged Parmigiano Reggiano, tangy Mountain Gorgonzola, young pecorino Toscano and creamy Taleggio.  While the cheese can stand alone, we prefer to add an amazing condiment, such as tropean onion jam, to heighten each bite.  Then we add savory, crisp crackers to complete the package.
