Italian-style dry salami or "salametti secchi" made by people who've been doing this since 1896 is the best!  Molinari and Sons from San Francisco is a company where four generations of sausage makers, starting with P.G. Molinari from the Piedmont region of Italy first moved to California.  

This sausage is great for picnics, camping, or other activities where you want the delicious taste of a dry cured meat without much bother of refrigerating it on the road.  Cut of chunks to eat with cheeses and other snacks.

Finely minced pork is mixed with salt, garlic and other ingredients, placed in E-Z peel casings, and ready for you to eat!
