We sold out of this last year, just after it came off the boat from Italy.  How good can it get?  This good!  It is the answer to that age-old question.  This is a perfect combination of garlic, oil, wine vinegar and salt.

Delicious simply spread over freshly baked bread, pita or as a bruschetta topping.  A very easy and incredibly tasty addition to sauces and roasts.  A small dollop on a grilled steak is divine. Try not to eat the entire jar with a spoon!
