In the northern region of Piedmont, you'll find the charming little town of Cherasco.  If you were strolling in the beautiful downtown, you could smell the intense perfume of cocoa drifting out from Arturo and Margaret Ravera's shop, "Cioccolateria Ravera."  Arturo, award winning chocolatier, began as a pastry chef.  After a short time, his hobby of perfecting chocolate specialities, became his profession.  His Ravera Chocolate Cake is known throughout Europe as the peak of perfection.

What a great combination--chocolate and oranges! Arturo's select half-moon orange slices are covered with a thick dark chocolate.  Delicious dessert.  Special treat. Very nice gift.
