Orzo is one of our favorite shapes of pasta.  Why? Because guests often think they are about to bite into a delicious rice dish, but surprise!  Instead they have the texture of a small pasta.

Perfect in soups, side dishes, and with your favorite sauce.  Pesto and parmesan combine for a great main dish.  Use simply with olive oil and fresh cherry tomatoes.  It will become a favorite for you, also.
