Tarallini are small, bite-sized Italian pretzels.

The Tarallificio dei Trulli company makes the best tarallini using a special unleavened process, which makes the tarallini not only natural, but easy on the tummy!  The flour is mixed with white wine, oil and salt, until the dough becomes stretchy. Small fingers of pasta are then formed into little doughnut shapes, which are baked for about an hour until they take on the typically golden color. The Tarallini are then packed the same day to preserve the fragrance and freshness of just-baked biscuits.

This is the plain flavor, but don't let the word "plain" fool you.  You'll be grabbing a handful of these with your favorite beverage every time!
